Quotes
All quotes are free and without obligation. Prices are fixed in writing after a site survey and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Quotations assume clear access to the working area and, where applicable, that you have informed us of any known services (drains, cables, etc.) below ground.
Payment
Standard terms are a deposit on acceptance of the quote (typically 25%), with the balance due on satisfactory completion. Larger projects may be invoiced in agreed stages. We accept bank transfer and card payments.
Workmanship guarantee
If a workmanship guarantee applies to your job, its duration and full terms are confirmed in your written quote before any work starts. Manufacturer guarantees on materials may apply in addition.
Changes & cancellations
Changes to the agreed scope will be confirmed in writing with any price adjustment before the work proceeds. If you need to cancel, tell us as soon as possible; work not yet carried out is cancellable, and we will fairly charge for work already completed or materials specially ordered.
Liability
Details of our public liability insurance will be confirmed in your written quote. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, ground conditions discovered on excavation, or third parties. Planning laws and drainage requirements are followed on every job.
